Definition
The density of fly ash is the weight of fly ash per its volume.Formula
ρ = m / V
- ρ: Density
- m: mass
- V: Volume
Density vs Specific Weight vs Specific Gravity
I would like to point out that there are conceptual differences between density, specific weight and specific gravity. Follow the link if you want to learn more about these differences.With that said, this page will provide you the fly ash density in kg/m³ (SI unit), g/cm³, g/ml, kg/l, lb/ft³.
Density of Fly Ash
Bulk density varies from 540 to 860 kg/m³. Conversion for 750 kg/m³:
𝛒 = 0.75 g/cm³
𝛒 = 750 kg/m³
𝛒 = 0.75 g/ml
𝛒 = 750 g/L
𝛒 = 750 g/L
𝛒 = 46.82 lb/ft³
